Give your fish just small amounts of food, which approximately can be consumed in minutes. Meals for your pet should only be twice a day, one in the morning and another in the evening.
Another reason why you have to give your pet fish only the right amount of food is because any leftover will just sink down the bottom and mess up your tank, even turning the aquarium water cloudy. Likewise, poisonous substances will build up from the unconsumed food so it is best to give your fish only the right amount.
