Pet Cage for your Dogs
August 26, 2007 |
If you are having your pet dog, or puppy, for the first time, surely you want it to freely roam around your house. You want to impose no restriction to your dog, and would like it to enjoy the comforts of your home.

However, we all know that one not-so-nice consequence of letting your pet dog be free to loiter around is its tendency to chew on your furnitures such as the sofa. A good bite here, some chewed upon and wrecked sofa cover there - such things are inevitable, especially if your pet is still a puppy.
The best solution? A dog cage. Some of you might cringe at the thought of putting your dogs inside a cage. It’s like cruelty is being done to the animal.
Actually, dog cage is a good alternative home for your pet, while keeping your house furnitures from having damage.
Most dog cages are created to provide comfort to the dog, and not in anyway restrict its movement. Definitely, it can work as a reliable and convenient home to it.
Of course, apart from the cage, you can provide it further with important accessories such as blankets and beddings as well as toys for chewing.
Definitely, do not keep it forever locked away on the cage. Give your pet dog ample time to enjoy being out for more space to roam about.
But then, teach it to understand that the cage is its own home. It should never be used as a sort of punishment for bad behavior and its own special place for sleeping, playing or even some private or quiet times. Â
