Your pet cat oftentimes cannot and will not tolerate pet medication that it needs to receive; it shuns and rejects the pill no matter how you try. 

A cat rejects pet medications mainly because the medicine usually tastes really bad - almost always it is bitter for your cat’s comfort.

Another reason why your pet cat rejects them is that your cat sees and recognizes them as non-food so they would tend to ignore their pet medication.

Pills, especially are rejected and so making your cat take its pet medicine can really take a lot of hard work. Surely you will have your hands full just by trying to pop that pill into your cat’s mouth.

You may try making it easier to administer the medicine to your cat by disguising its taste. Try mixing it up with other cat food stuff with strong tasts such as anchovies.

Also, try a pill or tablet gun on your pet cat. Such medicine-administering gadget can make life easier for both you and your cat.

Remember, your pet cat will always resist, so it takes a lot of patience in dealing with it when administering its pet medicine.
